On February 10, 2026, TERRAVISION partners met in Seville, Spain, for the project’s 3rd General Assembly, a key milestone to review progress and align next steps towards an integrated Earth Observation (EO) platform for innovative services across the raw materials and mining lifecycle. Discussions focused on the evolving data ecosystem (including connections to the Copernicus Data Space and openEO-enabled workflows), multi-source data collection and integration (airborne/drone, in-situ and existing databases), and the project’s Analysis Ready Data (ARD) framework as a foundation for consistent, interoperable processing. The meeting also reviewed advances in service development, spanning applications such as exploration support, deformation monitoring, raw material mapping and dynamic hazard mapping, together with the project’s Green & Resilience Accountability workstream, which targets stronger environmental impact assessment and the development of sustainability and resilience indicators to support informed decision-making.
